Return Request Period:
You may request a return within 15 days of the delivery date.
Eligible Return & Refund Cases
We accept return or refund requests under the following circumstances:
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong item (different from what you ordered).
- Your order was not delivered.
How to Submit a Claim
To process your request, please email us at heybenjishop@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your order number.
- Photos and a video clearly showing the issue.
- A brief description of the problem.
Resolution Process
Once we receive your claim and supporting evidence, we will review your case within 2–5 business days. Depending on the situation, we may offer one of the following solutions:
- A replacement product at no additional cost.
- A full or partial refund, as applicable.
Cases Not Covered
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind (the product is in good condition, but you no longer want it).
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling of the product.
- Claims submitted more than 15 days after delivery.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed through PayPal and typically appear in your account within 3–5 business days, depending on your payment provider.
